Hi, I’m Daisy Mae!

I’m a senior gal, about 12-13 years old, who has had a rough life. I am heartworm positive, deaf and blind, and have bad teeth and skin issues. I was sadly turned into a shelter to fend for myself. I needed a chance to be cared for and loved, and am so thankful to my foster parents and the Rescue for giving me a chance.

My Foster Mommy says that I am doing amazing!  With veterinary care and medicated baths, my fur has filled in the bald areas and is silky soft.  I am moving better with pain management medication and am happy to try to play with Pei Foster siblings, Storm or Zeus, each day. I have even managed to get up on the couch; and of course, stole Foster Mommy’s pillow…loving being in a home!
